How's the performance?

Any useful charts and stuff.

Btw im looking for a nice value of Storage. but performance does has its value altough of lower priority.

reliability is a definitive importance.

Hi there @LOST TALE!

If you're going for an internal secondary storage unit, the WD Green would suit perfect for this purpose. But in case you intend to run programs and apps then I would recommend the WD Blue (http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=770), if it's for everyday computing, or Black (http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=760) in case you're looking for a performance oriented drive.

Hope this helps.

Cheers! :)

Hey @LOST TALE!

Sorry, as a WD rep I can’t really give you links with offers apart from our official website. :( To your question about the Green and the Barracuda – those two drives are different in design so I wouldn’t compare them.

If this post helped you, please like and choose it as a best answer.   :)
