Recommended watercooling?

Whats some water cooling you guys can recommend that would fit in a NZXT Phantom 410 and Fractal Design R4/5 ?
I was thinking of something like the Corsair h105, but is there any better performers?

From what I've read, H105 is better if you're not planning on expanding on your water cooling, H220X is better if you are (I could be very wrong). For me, Corsair H105
