Is reviversoft safe?

A few months ago i downloaded and installed the reviver soft windows 8.1 start menu. So far nothing seems weird but i am just making sure its safe. It remained undetected by AVG free, Avira free and Malwarebytes free. I don't think its malicious or anything but i am just making sure its safe. Thx
