Hey rhysman2000,

What are your plans for this build (usage, future-proof, etc.)?
A couple of things that you might saw in pcpartpicker:
-that motherboard would most probably need a BIOS update since the CPU is newer and the motherboard would need the latest updates in order to run Haswell CPUs.
-your memory would run at a much lower clock speed since the CPU does not support such high speeds. It would work, but it would be a waste, so I would suggest changing it.

If this is a gaming computer, I would put the most funds towards the GPU since this is the most important part for gaming.
Adding a SSD to the build would surely make it much more responsive, decrease all loading times and increase significantly the file transfer speeds.
I would also consider a more powerful PSU as it would allow you to upgrade the build in the future and it would last you through more builds.

Captain_WD.

If this helped you, like and choose it as best answer - you might help someone else with the same issue. ^_^

if u r gonna upgrade gpu sooner ,its a nice build but if u aren't going to upgrade it for a long time i would suggest to get fx 6300 with gtx 970 ,assuming it's a gaming pc

priority gpu>cpu

or replace 760 with r9 290  they r dirt cheap now
