Any tips or replacements? Good solid build?

I also need a monitor now. Any recommendations? Should I get a 60, 120 or 144 hz monitor etc? I'm looking to game on the system. Thanks for any help!

I'd change the PSU to support SLI. That one doesn't have the connectors. If you're spending all that cash on a MoBo that supports SLI, at least get a PSU that does.

As for monitor, it's your preference. If you care about color quality then get an IPS panel, but those are limited to 60hz about. If you want high framerates and high response times, get a TN panel, but those have worse color quality. Personally I chose a 144hz TN panel since I play CS:GO, but it's your choice.

Can you recommend one for the same price?

Same price? No, but if you go just a bit higher you can get this:

If you don't care about SLI, then you can save a bunch by cutting back on your MoBo. If you DO care, then this is basically a requirement.

Well I'm not really going to be looking for SLI anytime soon, could you suggest another motherboard?

I changed the MoBo and the GPU version. It's still a GTX 970 so performance is identical clock for clock, but it saves you quite a bit. You could go for the CX430W, but it was only 2 cheaper and so I just kept the CX500.
