Windows 8 high disk usage

So my laptop disk usage started to go about 99%~100% all the time. So I managed to figure out that superfetch is causing the problem. So I google it and found out that is for this 

 

 

Superfetch is a service in Windows that's designed to speed up app launching by preloading certain apps based on your usage patterns. Tune-Up Blog has a nice explanation of what it does.

 

So I don't use app allot (what i mean is one a month or more). But still would be great to find out why it eats up my disk and half of cpu.
