I need a portable battery that has a good price/capacity ratio and also.... It should be a brand that I can trust, which means that if the capacity of the external battery is for example 5000 mAh and my phone has a battery with capacity 1500mAh it should charge it at least 3 times.

It has great reviews, and has a massive batter capacity. It should be able to charge your phone and any other electronic device many times on a single charge. It is also quite cheap for its capacity, so I would probably suggest getting it.
