Network Naming Schemes

So I have been trying to brainstorm for ideas for a network naming scheme. I haven't been able to come up with anything I like that is varied enough to be used to name my servers, software servers (ie. teamspeak, minecraft, etc.), computers, and periphreals. I figured maybe you guys could share yours if you have one, and maybe that will spur an idea for me.

The college I went to used the names of transformers for all their servers and virtual servers. The Active Directory server was Optimus Prime, the storage server was Starscream, pretty sure that the windows domain was AllSpark, and there were a bunch of others I can't remember now.

So what naming scheme do you use?

We used the Simpsons cast for the names of all our servers at work, it actually makes things alot easier in my opinion lol.

 

At home I personally go with greek gods

Just use something that sounds both fun and comical.
