Galaxy note pro battery issue

So i was going aboug jy business on my relativelh new note pro when suddenly the battery percentage jumped from ~50% to 10 and when i restarted it, it weng up to 30 and quickoy countdd to 20 and plumeted to 1% when i checked using a battery app it says i have 0maH remaining for some reason

I tried restarting it and nothing. I hope to get help soon as google didnt help much. Thanks allot!

I have never seen such thing. If your warranty still holds, I'd recommend taking it to a repair shop and they will fix it for you.

Wouldn't be possible for the current to dissipate that fast without frying something. I think it is a software glitch, but like Giganizer300PRO said, "taking it to a repair shop" will be your best bet.

well the thing is that the battery is just fine now. if it ever hapens again i'll see to get it to repair

 

just to make myself clear, the battery charge holds just fine its just that the readings are faulty and it was on 1% for about 3 hours until i put it on charge and once it was fully charged i turned it off and on.

 

it happened after i downloaded and played Deadly dungeons. not sure if relevant though

Try taking out the battery and putting it in again. For me it seems like a Software glitch because this kind of thing happens to my mobile(Samsung Galaxy Note 1 GT-N7000). Sometime for no reason the battery level increases without even plugging it on. Sometimes the battery goes down.

 

Next time remember this never buy Samsung products.
