I plan on 1080P gaming and I play a lot of games like XCOM, Viscera Cleanup Detail, I plan of playing the Metro games, I want to play Battlefield 4 also and a lot of other games.

what size monitor?,. and preference on brand etc for mouse keyboard?  do you need headset/speakers?,.,, the more information you give us the better we can spec your build

Well no core I3 or APU's or Pentium anniversary, and I would like a monitor with good response times but also good colors and viewing angles not fantastic by any means with this budget and I already have good speakers I LOVE MSI and I LOVE ASUS and I LOVE NVIDIA but also like AMD and for motherboards eh as long as there is USB 3 I'm good.

so for your needs your gonna need to go AMD on your CPU hmm, im not good with AMD CPU's because iv only owned athlon 64's  so i'll have to let someone else help you sorry =(

second option, just change the gpu to a r9 270/ 280 should be around your budget
