MTP Device Being a Bih

I been listing to the same CD in my car for like 3 months. I don't have a CD burner, and don't want to buy new CDs, I got a new radio that lets me plug in my MP3 or phone. Every time I plug in my MP3 it fails to install or recognize it (in windows 7). Says software is up to date, and I even installed a MTP driver. Anything on you mind about this issue?

So Ima end up just using my phone for now, maybe use my friends pc, see if it works on his.

Yes. Your usb controller driver is not installed aswell. Try some driversearch tool like http://driverfinderpro.com/ and download the right drivers from the internet.
