Hi. I have a problem with overclock 1090T BE. My motherboard is Asus M4A87TD EVO, cooler SilentiumPC Fortis HE1225,  system win 8.1 pro.

I wanted to set it on 4.0 GHz, but it ended up with multiplier 19.5/ 3.9 GHz with 1.45 V.

After more than one hour AIDA 64 stress test and gaming GW2 (full details) for about 30 min on 3.9 GHz. Everything was stable, and fine so (temp. under maximum 43 degrees Celsius and each core under 37 maximum) i decided to went back to Bios and set on 4.0 GHz.

First with 1.4625 AIDA's test fails after 15 sec then i have set it on  1.475 V, and after 3 mins AIDA's test fails.

So i went back to 3.9 GHz ( beacuse i didn't want to go above secure lvl of 1.475 Voltage) and set it back to 1.45 V.

After a while of playng some BF3/GW2 an browsing internet the system blue screened.

Then i crank voltage up to 1.4625 Volts. And tested again in BF3, after 10 mins of game play it blue screen again.

The temperature under full load was processor: 43 max and max 37 per core.

My question is, anyone of you could tell me what could causes this problems? Is it that my ram are set on X.M.P profile and they should be manually set on 1600 MHz with 1.65 V when OC?

Thank you in advance for your help.
