Motherboard Upgrade

As of right now I am comparing the ASUS Sabertooth z97 Mark II with the Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H

 

I haven't overclocked before and with this Christmas upgrade I am definitely looking to afterwards with my new motherboard,

 

Which of these 2 should I pick up and why?

 

Or, any other suggestions between $200-250

 

 

Leaning towards the gigabyte one for it's I/O right now....

What are your needs for the Board ?

well for the most part the board are identical  just get what ever one is cheaper 

and if you dont need all the PCI slots Gigabyte makes a UD3H verson for about $160 (could be less check for sales)
