sennheiser driver problems

i allready made a post about my pc 363d 's ,

so the problem is a driver isue, instead of using the 3 g4me1 drivers from sennheiser wich i installed numerous of times over and over again, windows just downloads some shit from mircrosoft and says: these are the drivers i'm going to use. Wich are total crap. My headset doesn't work with those, i need to be able to to say: use these drivers and nothing else.

how do i do that ?

i've been trying that for a while now, still it's not working, and i know for fact it is windows messing arround with the drivers

i contacted sennheiser, they said, we don't make the drivers (wich is bullsh*t they put a driver disc with the headset) test if the product works on other desktops (wich i allready tried in the store) if it works then, contact your computer store or microsoft. I've gotta say... helpdesk from sennheiser is just useless crap, i mean the product is perfect when it works, never heard any better sound. But saying: it's not our problem go figure it out yourself, is a bit arrogant for a product that costs arround 250€.  Not happy at all with the helpdesk from sennheiser, i've tried every f*cking thing i could find on the web to change stuff in windows. basicly ive got a beautiful headset wich a useless usb soundcard to make it sound fantastic. i'm just pissed at this point, because i know for sure microsoft is gonna say: not our problem --'
