I overclocked my Intel Core i5-3570k to 4.0Ghz and I was wondering what is a good temperature to keep the CPU under?

Right now @4.0Ghz it is hitting 34°c/95°f. Is this a good temperature to keep the CPU running at?

Specs:

Intel i5-3570k (3.4Ghz Stock)

Asrock Z75 Pro3

Asus GTX 650ti 1GB

G. Skill Ripjaws X 16Gb(2x8)

Hyper 212+

NZXT Phantom Full Tower P.E.
