can i surround gaming

i found a cheap gtx 780 planing to buy and i have on my rig 2x gtx 770 can i surround using the gtx 780 to power main monitor and each of my gtx770 the side ones?
i have a 850 w psu i will get a bether one*


or just get another gtx 770/680?

Not surround, no. You could get another 770 and put them in tri-SLI or get 2 780s and put them in 2 way SLI, but you cannot SLI 770 with a 780.

Two way 780s would be better for surround, but if you already have 2 770s, getting a third would be cheaper. However, the 2GB vRAM will be a real issue for 3x1080p, even the 3GB of the 780 isn't really enough.
