HELP! Nexus 5 Downgrade

Go to solution Solved by iKiWY,

FIXED IT:

unpluged the device for an hour and used it in the middle, installed apps etc.

after that plugged in the device in the PC, put it into bootloader mode, changed the Android Bootloader Interface (in Device Utility) to Android ADB Interface and the back to Android Bootloader Interface, run the flash-all.bat and it worked!

:D

Hi!

I have a problem, I installed Android Lolipop a day ago and I don't like it, so I searched up how to downgrade.

There were a lot of tutorials, but all the same and all of them got me the same mistake:

When I start flash-all.bat it brings up this (+ an error "fastboot.exe stopped working"):

sending 'bootloader' (2508 KB)...
FAILED (command write failed (No such device or address))
finished. total time: 0.004s
rebooting into bootloader...
FAILED (command write failed (Unknown error))
finished. total time: 5.003s
sending 'radio' (45409 KB)...
FAILED (command write failed (No such device or address))
finished. total time: 0.004s
rebooting into bootloader...
FAILED (command write failed (Unknown error))
finished. total time: 5.003s
archive does not contain 'boot.sig'
Press any key to exit...

I need an answer quick!
Lolipop is draining my battery like water in some rich country + I hate it + it's laggy as hell

More info:
I have a Nexus 5 with LRX21O version installed,
Bootloader version: HHZ12d

Thanks to anyone who can help!

Considering you're modifying system files with fastboot, you probably shouldn't be playing with it until you know... it doesn't crash. Reinstall adb / fastboot + make sure you have proper drivers. Also, is your bootloader unlocked?

I reinstalled adb+fastboot twice and I have installed Android Bootloader Interface multiple times, I dont have yellow with ! next to it
