hot key a third language... please

I have 2 languages on my keyboard and I change between them by pressing 
Alt+Shift
 

now I want to add a third language (korean) and I want it to be a hot key, that it won't switch to korean if I Alt+Shift. only whhen I hotkey

how do I do that?

if you hit it again itll go to the next language
