Windows 7 CPU/GPU clock stutter

yyk

Hi to all,

I would like to bring up a strange issue that I am having.

There is a stutter, not just in games, but in general.

It happens when I bring up OC GURU II. Afterburner or other monitoring programs run just fine.

Maybe it has to do with my GPU, I do have Gigabyte card (780TI).

This is a link to the issue because it is just easier to see what I mean:

It could just be OC GURU II (I've never used it, so I'm clueless if it does that on others systems or not)

I might be wrong.

I have never even seen OC guru before. I used to love precision x myself, don't like the newest iteration. The layout is poo and I can't monitor cpu temps and usage which is a deal breaker for me now that I am used to it in my overlay in msi afterburner. Either way never had an issue with that in precision x and msi afterburner.
