Does the Forum fully Support HTTPS?

I would also like to access the Forum from the school network instead of my phone network. The Problem is that for it to work, it needs to be https or I need to use tor.

 

For option A I already tried Https everywhere and so on.... but it only makes the front page in https. the rest is unsecured.

 

Tor seems to cause problems with the Forum itself. I have to enter a captcha every 5 minutes.
