Cant uninstall

When I go to uninstall Far Cry, the little uninstall thing that SHOULD pop up only appears for like half a second. When I go to launch the game it gives me an error saying check if its installed correctly. How do I fix this?

Are you un-installing it from the control panel?

Yeah. In uplay when I click uninstall it just opens the control pannel... Thanks ubisoft

Try and find where the game was installed (the actual path) and delete the files (if there are any)

 

If that doesn't work, I think you're outta luck. Try restarting and do it again? (Sometimes windows is weird about uninstalls)

Download Auslogics Boost speed and try doing it trough this software. It has multiple options when "Uninstall" won't work try "remove". Auslogics will find all files and reg settings and will remove them.

Hmm I dont know if I can do that.. A few days back my game folder was randomly erased. I cant get any of the files back. I have scanned for viruses and tried everything I can think of. Maybe the files were corrupted?
