Need help with my Build

Hey guys, one question.

Ive been working for months to save for some money for a PC gaming rig. I already have acoolermaster 500 w power supply and a 7770 ( i will upgrade my gpu the next year)

I'll like to play games like BF4, DayZ, Dota 2 and Batman Arkham Knight in medium or high settings with good fps.
I want a 4440, with a GA-B85M-DS3H motherboard and 4 gb of kingston fury ram (ill add more ram in the future)...

Do you guys have any other suggestions for the motherboard or CPU in the same price ratio (or lower) with similar performance?
And, would a Pentium G3258  be better than a 4440 for gaming?

My budget is 300 dollars

300 dollars, im in Mexico and hardware is slighlty more expensive.

a 4440 is at 192 dollars here, for example.

Mhmm, looks like it's the best you can get for 300$, but it is actually pretty nice with a better GPU.

yea, ill sell my 7770 and buy a r9 270 next year.
