You dont really need a CPU Cooler for the i5 4690k if you dont OC or do low level OCing, and that could be added anytime, while the CPU will last you alot longer than a 8320. And I dont have to say anything about the GPU right ^^? Other changes happen mostly because I use a prebuild I have instead of modify yours, but all the part I choose is of good quality.
