Move usb boot drive

Hi forum. I wondering if I can copy my usb windows boot drive currently on an 8gb usb stick to a smaller 4gb usb stick and then use my 8gb for everyday use? is it as simple as copy and paste?

I've heard that just copy pasting won't copy the "Master Boot Record" what do you know about that?

Never heard about that, I would assume it's fine. Like I said, it just has to be FAT32.

the usb has to be a certain file system for it to work. If you right click on the drive and click properties, it will say what file system it is.
