I have a i7-920 and i think it is bottlenecking my gtx 770 because the power is only 75%. I can't OC because my motherboard because its locked. So should i buy the fx 6300 and OC it. Because i dont want to pay a lot of money. Or does anyone have a better idea?

Your cpu is not really bottlenecking your gpu.
