Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error? Help?

Ok so this is what it says exactly:

Runtime Error!

Program C: ...

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Now what I find weird here is that it's not telling me (and you) the program that's having an issue. I click on the dots hoping for a pop up...and nothing happens.

I THINK what could be possibly causing the problem is my Xbox One controller software? Unlike the 360 controller that needs no software (if you're running Windows 8/.1) and is plug and play. You need to go on Microsoft's support page for the Xbox One controller software and download it. After I did this, everything worked fine. However the next time I turned on my computer this message popped up the second I turned it on and all my shortcuts appeared. It now does this EVERYTIME I turn on the PC and it's kinda annoying.

Anyone know what's wrong?

EDIT: I've added an actual picture now as well from the error message.
