Office/gaming system

So after long heart ache and decisions i have decided that i want to go back to console gaming... Not because i believe it's overall a better solution but for me it was a more enjoyable experience. I think it's just having a separate system and an easy layout and not having to fiddle about with any files but just click and play.

So now comes the planning. I'm going to obviously need a computer and console; for the computer i have a budget of NO MORE than £400. The uses of the PC would really just be college work (Word documents - Photoshop - Possibly more demanding applications in the future).

This is what I've currently come up with: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/rJpYbv

Would prefer to keep the case & form factor as is if possible. Also Intel.

Cheaper the better but needs to run Small-Mid demanding applications & Minecraft (Nothing special-50 fps would do me fine.) and possibly other games (only light PC games such as Sim City maybe)

Any input appreciated!
