Should i wait for win 10 than getting it now with win 8 ? I dont really need it now. Planning to use it during college around 5 months later. So yea.

You get windows 10 as a free upgrade if you have windows 8 to begin with. Might as well get it now unless you want to save up for something higher spec.

I was going to suggest a laptop with an A10 APU because it has another 2 cores plus a reasonably powerful iGPU which you can overclock further...

I would personally wait for the Kaveri FX mobile APUs to become more widespread first... You'd get HSA with it which would help number-crunching immensely.
