Hello there. Thank you in advance for reading this topic.

I found a copy of Windows 8 Pro on my CD Shelf (it was still sealed and there were no scratches in the disc) so I tried to install it. Upon installation, it asked for the key, and I found it on this small card inside the box. I chose Custom Installation and told it to install on my C:\ drive (the one who has the Windows 7 copy) and it told me all files were going to be moved in Windows.old and I clicked OK. And it started to install. But it stayed on Copying Windows Files (0%...) and after a few minutes it said, "Setup could not reinitialize the deployment engine. To Install Windows, restart the installation." I tried to restart it but it appears again. I tried wiping the CD with a microfiber cloth, no luck. Any thing I can do?
