Control panel -> uninstall programs. Should be just as simple as that.

Open up CMD.EXE as Administrator and run:

 

"c:\program files (x86)\mcafee\common framework\frminst" /remove=agent

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.

 

This is NOT the signature you are looking for.
