Brand new computer lags!

Pinoyonb

Hey guys! Today I finally got my new PC, but I'm having issues. I have downloaded World of Warcraft and have the graphic savings at: High. But I only get up to 20 fps for some reason. CS:GO Is also having issues, where I only get 60 fps at fullscreen mode. I have downloaded the latest of my drivers. I would be really happy if you people on LTT could help me out and solve this problem :)

This is my computer specs:

I'd hope you have at least a 770 if you're running an i7.

Additionally, if you have a discrete GPU, make sure your monitor is plugged into it rather than into your motherboard. The i7-4790K has an integrated GPU, and it will be used if that's what your monitor is attached to.

Make sure your bios is up to date, sometimes this could cause issues

Is the monitor plugged into the graphics card or the motherboard?

Sorry for my bad PC experience. But how do I know if its plugged into the graphics card or the motherboard?

I think so. I installed GeForce experience and updated my drivers.

Can you take a picture of the back of your computer?  It would help especially since you are unsure on your configuration.  Nice computer though!

This has to be a troll thread you don't deserve that PC...

Either way you need to plug your HDMI cable into the graphics card HDMI output otherwise you are not using your gpu <_<

Just incase you're not trolling. You unplug the HDMI cord from the CPU and plug it into the GPU but you got to take out the bluish cap 1st then plug it in.
