HTC One Problem.

My HTC one have been acting weird lately. the touchscreen would become unresponsive and starts moving on it's own. It would return to normal once I lock and unlock the phone again. I tried a reboot and a factory reset but the problem still persists.

 

Anyone know of a solution?
