Underperforming GTX 770 :(

Hey guys. I come to you today with the problem of my GTX 770 underperforming like mad. It has been like this for the past few weeks now. Playing battlefield 4 at high settings I get 35-40 fps with dips into the 20s. In CS:GO I get around 80FPS with dips into the 50s. In cinebench openGL test I get 67FPS. My temperature is always around 60c and my driver version is 344.65. I'm scared I need your help. please. 

 

EDIT: This all started after I cleared my CMOS so that may have been causing it.

What are the clocks of both CPU and GPU?

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

Maybe its getting to hot and throttling

turn down your CPU overclock? a semi unstable overclock can really kill your GPU framerate.

 

What are the clocks of both CPU and GPU?

I forgot to change my signature, I cleared my CMOS after some weird stuff happened so I am back at stock as of now
