Five Four Club I tried to cancel my account with you because I can no longer afford it. I tired to cancel online but you guys are not allowing that... I called and talked to a guy who sounded nice and who I thought canceled my account but he didnt. I was billed again this month.. Fix this.

Did you cancel before the 10th?

In order to opt out of the month’s package, cancellations must be done before the 10th of the month. Did you cancel before the 10th?

I called last month, I was told by the guy on the phone that my account would be canceled. He appears to have lied to me...

Maybe I should not have brought this up on the LTT forums but I thought maybe someone from five four checks them seeing as they advertise with them. I'm just very frustrated that they are making it difficult to cancel their service. I was planing to renew when I could afford it but now I don't know.

I would ring them up again an explain what happened, they should hopefully refund you as it was meant to be cancelled. Maybe @LinusTech could also help? pretty sure Linus has direct contact with them.
