Adobe Flash Player crash problem

I'm using a tablet/laptop transformer thingy Acer Iconia W5 and always when I try to allow webcam and mic to be used by adobe flash player, flash player crashes. I have installed and uninstalled flash player many times already and nothing is working. I'm using Mozilla Firefox as my browser

Firefox is the problem, this is a known issue.
