How is protein structure affected by

• The presence of hydrophilic amino acids?
• the presence of hydrophobic amino acids?
• various bonding types

i finished the other questions, but am stuck on these. i already tried googling them but had no luck

The protein bends because some parts of it is hydrophilic and some parts are hydrophobic.

Hydrophobic parts bend inwards away from water and the hydrophilic outwards towards the water.

 

So it manipulates itself and becomes sort jumbled up

 

Oh and the amino acids are held together by peptide bonds made through dehydration synthesis
