NZXT Kraken X61 will be the best performing 280mm AIO, while the H105 will be the best performing 240mm AIO (Excluding Swiftech's offerings). If you can fit the Kraken X61, I would go for that. Otherwise, the H105.

Do you live in the U.S.?

The Cooler Master Seidon 240M is an excellent option for only $75.

The Cooler Master Nepton 280L is another fantastic AIO that is on sale for $99

The Corsair H105 is another great one, but it is thicker, so make sure it is compatible with your case. It comes in at $115

The Cooler Master Nepton 240M is brand new and is super quiet compared to all other AIOs, and performs like one of the best.  Selling for $130

The NZXT X61 is widely considered the best AIO by a majority of reviewers.  It is also selling for $130.

Any of those I just mentioned are excellent options. I would avoid the H100i because it has a bad mounting problem and is not guaranteed to work for you out of the box without modifications.  Its pump is also iffy, and the software is buggy.  The Seidon 240M performs the exact same, is less expensive, and no issues with mounting, pump, or software.

If you can fit 140mm fans, go the H110, the H105 fans are 120s and can run at a much higher RPM (2700) where the h110 stock fans run at 1500, ive got the h110 and its working great, pretty low temps at 100% load, and even turning them down a bit to make the fans quieter still keep the cpu at low temperatures. I'd go larger fans with the h110, could always get better ones with faster rpm (although the noise generated would be much higher, i think the h105 fans run at like 60db)

I recommend the h105. It's quiet and offers great cooling capacity for its size.

IMO, I would personally go for something other than those listed.. Mainly for future expansion, if that is something you might be interested in.   I'm talking about the Swiftech H220-X or the H240-X liquid cooling kits.  The H220-X has 120mm rad/fans, while the H240-X uses 140mm.   The Swiftech kits will run you a few more $$, but IMO, it's a worthwhile investment.  Each of these Swiftech kits can be expanded on also just in case you wanna throw a GPU or 2 into the loop.. that option is there.

I know this is not one of the listed options you mentioned in the OP, but this might be an alternative to consider as well.
