do you think h100i will fit on bitfenix ronin case and sabertooth z97 mark 1?

When I installed my h100i and my sabertooth in a Define R4 case( which is about the size of the Ronin), I wasn't able to install the last screw for the radiator fan near the top left of the motherboard because the protective plating was in the way. But the fan still holds up perfectly fine and has been for almost a year now.

I'd look at the H105 over the H100i for a 2-fan radiator.

It looks like it'll be a pretty close call as that motherboard has a rather large heatsink at the top (as I imagine you already know). 

I'd say yes, though it might be a bit of a squeeze. Definitely only 2 fans on the H100i.

and one more question do you suggest me to change the h80i to h100i because i have 1 fan outside of the box and it does sound loud

Just get another pressure optimised fan for it. 

If you can stand the horrible colour scheme, Noctua NF-P12s are good at silent operation while maintaining cooling ability. 

If you'd rather not have those ugly fans I can recommend Corsair's own SP120 high performance edition fans. You might think high performance means more noise, and while that is true these fans can be undervolted to reduce the RPM. Personally I have mine set to a fixed 900 RPM and I can barely hear them.
