Increase GPU fan based on CPU temperature?

I'm looking to build a computer inside the MSI nightblade and found out that the only possible intake for the internals with filter is the GPU.

Can I somehow program the gpu fan to increase speed when CPU temps is high eventhough the GPU may not be hot while also based the speed on its own temperature as well as it gets hotter..

Any tips appreciated.

Update: Just wanted to have positive air pressure as Linus recommended..
