which ssd is better and which one should I take?

I'm building a new pc and I was wondering how big the performance difference is between HyperX 240GB 3K ssd, HyperX Fury 240GB ssd,samsung 840 EVO series ssd 250 sata 3 basic kit,crucial mx100 256 gb or is it better to just buy one 500 gb ssd? like the crucial mx100 512 gb, 

 

The price for the ssd's

1. 169 dollars and for two 338

2.162 dollars and for two 324

3.141 dollars and for two 283

4. 131 dollars and for two 163

and the last one costs 255 dollars for 512 gb, and I will use my ssd's for starting the computer and games, and if you people tell me to buy 2 250gb ssd's I will use them in raid 0.
