Help USB front io not working!!!

My front io usb 3 ports are not working... When I built my computer they worked fine and then 6 months later they didn't work. They started to work again after 2 months and have been working for 2 more months. Yesterday they stopped working again.. I'm wondering if anyone know how to fix it. I have tried downloading drivers and checking connections. Thanks in advance  :)

i7-3770k, Gigabyte UD5H, NZXT Switch 810, OCZ Agility 3 120GB SSD, WD Caviar Blue 1TB, 560 ti Twin Frozr II OC 2GB, Cooler Master V8, Corsair Vengeance 8GB, OCZ Modxstream 700w, Corsair k60 and M65. OH and RED LED LIGHTS   FUCK YA    :)

Have you tried re-seating the motherboard connector? Have you happened to uninstall their drivers.

Have you checked in your BIOS for a enable/disable entry..?

Check for crud build up on the case side connectors.. as well as the case side cable terminal..some cases use a PC board and the connection can become loose/weak..

Your best effort is the easiest thing to give to someone else..
