NZXT Grid+ Problems

So I'm having problems with my Grid+, it's showing up as "MCP2200 USB serial port emulator" and it's causing random crashes. Their lastest version of CAM is not letting me eject external drives when running. This is very frustrating, I see a lot of people recommending this but I've had only problems with this, is this Grid+ bad?
