do I need a new GPU?

I currently own a 760 and an and 6300. Would an upgrade to a 970 be benificial? I mostly play cs and I'm looking into 144hz. Also would my 6300 bottleneck it?

Keep the 760. But I do not think a 6300 would bottleneck I recommend get a new CPU mobo and GPU at the same time.

beneficial ? it's 'less' considering the benefits , depends on you i guess, Power consumption is low , frame rates are a bit higher comparatively.. if those things matter to you, you should get one.. 6300 won't bottle neck  i believe except if settings are cranked up to the very max on certiain games.other than that you're good..

You don't need a new one, but you could get a new one and give me your 760 so I have a GPU and can start playing skyrim, crysis 2 & 3, hitman absolution, etc... again....

For CSS defiantly not. You are playing the game as perfect as can be no hardware upgrading necessary.
