I'd like more advice so this was copy/pasted from Reddit.

>**What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.**

I'll be playing one game mainly with this PC, CS:GO. I'll also be running Mumble or Teamspeak for communication on the side. I'm looking into getting into the competitive scene of that game, and I'm currently playing on a laptop with 30 FPS.

>**What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?**

My maximum budget before shipping, and taxes is $1100.

>**When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.**

I'm going to be building this PC around Christmas time. Mainly because I get money around that time, and I'm guessing that there would be deals, and discounts.

>**What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (Tower/OS/monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc)**

I need a monitor (144hz is a necessity), and a mechanical keyboard (Cherry MX Blue preferred) included in the budget. I need pretty much everything for a PC to be made, but I bought a aftermarket CPU cooler (Hyper 212 EVO, Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste, a DVD/CD writer (don't judge) and 2 Noctua NF-F12 fans. I might be putting one fan on the CPU cooler, or I might put both of them to cool the case; what are your thoughts on this?

>**Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?**

I live in the Brooklyn, New York, US. I have access to a Micro Center near me, which is great because I heard they have good prices.

>**If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.**

I'll be reusing my Zowie FK-1 mouse, my Siberia V2 headset Frost Blue edition, and my SteelSeries QCK Heavy mousepad.

>**Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?**

I am interested in overclocking my CPU, but not right away.  I haven't looked into it, but I know it increases your performance which is good. :P Why should I, or shouldn't overclock?

>**Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)**

I've never heard of these things, so no, not that I'm aware of.

>**Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?**

I like mATX, but if there is a cheaper, better option I would rather get that. I'm more interested in the bang for the buck, and performance > looks.

>**Do you need a copy of Windows 7 or 8.1 included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference for one or the other?**

No I do not, I've already purchased Windows 8.1.

+ *I'm looking for the best video tutorial on building a PC, which is descriptive, but goes straight to the point, and that is edited to not be 2 hours long.*

Thank you so much for taking time out of your day to help me out. I really appreciate it.
