I't worked fine until yesterday, suddenly my antivirus stopped working, the computer turned off and when i tried to turn in on again that happend on image and now i cant turn it on because that error pops up every time.
I've tried to set boot prioroty, tried safe mod, tried entering task manager, tried gitting bios battery but nothing helps.
Any ideas how to solve it?

its a OS error, you could try to boot into a Linux distro and reformat the OS partition then reinstall the OS. or get access to your files and back them up.

Im not 100% sure but i think that error is to do with windows installer, which is used to install most windows software, unless the software has its own installer thing.

I presume it has became corrupted and it is not able to install/launce the files needed to actualy get the OS running (like system32 stuff)

What you can do, On another PC download windows onto a USB or CD and boot from the CD then accses your files and try doing a system repair etc.

Best to boot into your system via Linux or Windows bootable device and back up your data just incase it goes wrong.
