i've been a fan of linus tech tips for a few years now, since he was working in ncix, watched his videos all.

i've been experiencing dropping problems on my Asus USB N13 Network Adapter.

i've reset my modem, called the ISP to refresh the port etc, reinstalled the drivers, EVERYTHING i know i can do and it still drops, happened like 3 days ago, i cant play my games. sigh...

wondering if there is anyone experiencing this? or know how to solve this issue?

and if it is a hardware issue, do you think i should change my network adapter to Asus PCE AC68?

thanks a bunch guys.

I'd say it's probably a signal dropping issue. Is there anything that could cause interference like a microwave or something ? Can you scan your environment and look for overlapped channels ?

nope! from the router to my room, it's just 20 steps away from a straight line. nothing is interfering with the connection.
