So basically I thought that if I have enough budget. Will this build do the trick..?

I am planning on playing games like Blacklight Retribution and Minecraft.. And maybe Battlefield 4

Please give me some thought on how I game on this maybe replace something to reduce the budget

The lower the budget the better..

Btw.. I don't plan to buy it.. I just plan it for future references..

Don't plan for it then. Prices would probably go down or up and that factor would greatly affect your plan.

A little less expensive with a better cpu and psu. The psu in the OP is likely to have issues providing power to the system. According to http://www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Cooler-Master-Elite-Power-460-W-Power-Supply-Review/1005/1 it cannot deliver its rated power.

The Asus H97 is less expensive and better quality than the Asrock H87. It also uses a newer chipset.

The EVGA ACX 2.0 GTX 970 is a very good gpu and a bit less expensive than the Strix.

Windows 8.1 is newer, will have a longer supported life, and is less expensive.

I have change some of it but this might be a retard question but why should I get a better CPU?

And why should I change the GPU? I thought the Strix is good enough..

And also I thought CPU only speed up processes like booting a program or computer

I just hope that the build will not bottleneck..
