Warning Low Voltage!

Hey guys I'm looking at getting a new budget graphics card but heres the kicker I'm looking for something with a low power consumption i've looked at the 750 ti but I just wanted to know it you guys had any ideas. the project its for it a low power HTPC so it doesn't really have to be a heavy hitter, just handle 1080p playback and very light gaming.

The GTX 750 or GTX 750Ti are pretty much the only ones that fit your needs perfectly. They can definitely handle 1080P playback and very light gaming. They also do so while consuming very little power. Other cards with the same performance such as the R7 260X and R7 265 will run a bit hotter and require more power.
