Flashing Pixels.

So i installed a new GPU, HD 7950 3GB. When my computer is turned on or woke from sleep, i see black flashy pixels on black areas, Like Steam. After 2-5 mins they're gone and i don't see them again. I didnt see this on my old card, Radeon HD 7870 2GB. When i stress my card it works as any card does and i don't see anything unusual. i'm just wondering what these flashing pixels are on my screen for the first few mins, they're not majorly bothersum, i'm just curios to know if anyone has any insight.

I would suggest trying another monitor first if you can, and if the problem persists then it is most definitely your GPU. If it's your gpu, feel free to RMA it or just keep it. It doesn't seem to bug you so may as well! Good luck
