Android Stock Browser Problem

Hi Friends,

 

I have couple of problems with my android handset. I am using Samsung Galaxy Ace Duos - S6802 Black.

 

1. My stock browser not working. It always shows 'web page not available'. I browsed to find a way to troubleshoot this problem but I couldn't get proper guidance to get rid of this problem. I installed Dolphin browser and checked and I faced the same 'web page not available error'. Opera worked fine few times. But thats it. Is there anyone faced this problem and found a solution. Recent activity I did was I did factory resetting and installed Go launcher, clean master and cleaned junk files once.

 

2. I need one more suggestion. I have my contacts saved in my mobile with full details of their phone numbers, email addresses facebook, twitter sync, few notes regarding the contacts, pics, etc... Recently I wanted to do factory reset. So I did contacts backup uploaded the csv file to computer through Evernote. After resetting I wanted to get the contacts back to my mobile. I imported the contacts to my gmail account. But to my disappointment all the contacts numbers have become digits like 9.85+e, something like this in the csv file. When I click to find the number it is all messed up. All the numbers which was entered with country code like +1, +61. +91 are the ones got messed up. And due to this I lost all my contacts. Is there any solution for this problem. How can I get my contacts back with all synced up without re-entering or syncing it again. 

 

Pls post your suggestions I badly need it.

Ok guys don't bother I got it. Well you have to do factory resetting. But while doing it, you have to uncheck the option of restore my google account settings option. With contacts back-up, Just upload the contact to your sd card and from there upload it to your gmail account. Then it will store in your gmail account contacts. From there you can use it.
